St. Theresa of the Child Jesus

St. Theresa of the Child Jesus was established in 1931 by Msgr. Stephen Alencastre. It underwent a major renovation in 1963 to what it stands today. It is an imposing church for a little flower.

The church was designated a co-cathedral in 1985, together with Our Lady of Peace which has gotten too small for the growing Catholic population.

I walked here from home one hot afternoon after work to make this pilgrimage. The church was closed so I took the photo of the interior through a glass pane. I also lit a candle offering to pray for the soul of Lucas. May the Little Flower greet him and guide him.
